Originals were a bit ratty, and a couple wouldn’t stay put. Made a set from black Delrin. You 3D printing folk have an advantage over us subtractive makers 🙂
Ok, bear with me, trying a link to the fusion 360 file, might take a few tries. Grrr, trying to insert model into a frame here, dint have the skill. This link though will take you to model and I think you can download.
Hold on, managed to have a zipped file of the fusion model, to download without going thru fusion’s meat grinder.

I need some of these finish end caps to fit up on my ’85 Vanagon.
3X or 4X black ones would service my need nicely.
What would they cost, please?

I don’t know. I made them on the lathe , spur of the moment. What I will do is draw them up in fusion 360 and make the model available. Then you could use the model to have a 3D printing service make some. And I suppose I could look into how much I would charge to cnc mill some from Delrin. Gimme a few days ok?

Does anyone know where I can fine Radiator Mounts for my 84 Vanagon? We dropped the radiator and fan/shroud. I can find a new radiator and shroud, fan is fine. But would love to replace the mounts. They are so corroded! I have searched on line to no avail. Maybe I am not calling them the right name… thanks.

You talking about the steel “L” shaped brackets that support the bottom of the rad?

Have a look at his van cafe page ref. I think it has what you need.
